Utility Rebates

 

Utility rebates and incentives often spell the difference whether a project is a “go” or not. The total value of incentives obtained to date on behalf of our clients total more than $3 million.  Some municipal clients assign the rebates to us as part of our compensation.  This can minimize the total amount of borrowed funds, minimizing adverse cash flow exposure to our clients.
